The Tanzania customer ordered one set of hand operated clay brick making machine HT-280 with capacity 1800-2500pcs per hour capacity and 17cutter used for cutting clay-slug into standard size green bricks with equal thickness.
 
The HT-280 clay brick making machine can be installed on the falsework(wooden/iron board), also can be installed on the concrete foundation.
The size of area is 2000*1000*1200mm.
The weight of the clay brick machine is 1.4T and capacity is 35000-40000pcs/8hrs(brick size is our national standard size: 240*120*55mm), of course we can make the brick mould according to your demand sizes).
 
This type of machine is is suitable to make solid clay brick ,red clay brick ,red soil standard bricks, red mud brick etc, Different molds can bring out different brick.
The material is rich and easy to find, such as Clay, shale, coal slack, fly ash etc It is very convenient to set up a factory and begin to make bricks.
This machine has advantages of high production efficiency, compact structure, reliable performance, easy maintenance and steadily working without foundation bolt.
