Small pellet plant is a complete pellet plant for making biomass wood fuel pellets or animal feed pellets. Its capacity can range from 200-700kg/h. Usually the small pellet plants use Flat Die Pellet Mill or Small Ring Die Pellet Mill according to your specific requirements. Raw materials for animal feed pellet mill:

The raw material can be corn/maize, alfalfa, wheat bran, grass, rice, beans, oil cake, etc. Usually, large size raw materials should be pulverized by hammer mill. Protein or other nutrients can also be added to the raw powder.

What are the features of flat die feed pellet mill?
The roller and die: flat die adopts high quality wear-resisting alloy steel and processed by special heat treatment.
The hopper adopts thickening material to help strengthen it.
The main box adopts high quality welding structure to have low noise and shock-absorbing ability.
The electrical components adopt famous CHINT AND SIEMENS brands and processed by parkerising, acid pickling and spraying plastics. It is also designed with radiation structure.

What is small feed pellet line?
Small feed pellet line is also called mini feed production line or mobile feed pellet line which is used to process animal feeding pellets. Our small feed pellet line is can produce 2-8mm of feed pellets, the yield is 0.6-3t/h. This feed complete machine set is widely used in small and medium size of feed pellet production line, livestock farms and individuals who raise animals, etc. The feeds are suitable for pigs, cattle, sheep, rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese and other aquatic organisms.
