Industrial dehydration systems
Sinoder supply custom and standard dehydration systems utilizing single pass or triple pass rotary drum dryers for industrial, agricultural, and municipal applications in a wide variety of sizes to handle all of your drying needs.
Sinoder and its cooperative partners has built many successful industrial drying projects in China Since 2006.
These projects includes steel powder drying projects, mine coal drying projects, biomass wood powder & chips drying projects, industrial sand drying projects, grain & starch drying projects, mine powder like desulphurization gypsum drying projects, fertilizer and feed drying projects, poultry dung drying projects and so on.
The following is some of our drying projects.
Take biomass sawdust powder drying project for example:
The sawdust drying project is run in Guangxi,China. The Raw material is wood sawdust. The sawdust is light weight material with high volume. Input moisture content of the wood sawdust is 45-60%, the discharged sawdust moisture content is 12%. The projects have to evaporate more than1520kg moisture content each hour. Because the initial moisture content are too high so it will need a higher temperature 200℃ to increase the evaporating strength. The designed exit gas temperature will be less than 60℃。The capacity is discharged 2 tons/hour. The heating fuel is waste wood or coal. After being dried,the dried wood sawdust will be made into pellets.The pellets can be used as biomass fuel in heating boilers or other industry. After the 5 weeks’s installation, trial run and acceptance run under our technician’s technical guidance at site.the sawdust drying project was successfully powered. The customer said “we could not have hoped for more.”
