Egg Tray Production Line:
Egg Tray Pulping Process
In the normal egg tray pulp molding process, the stock preparation system is very similar to a small paper mill. There is a hydraulic pulper that beats the waste paper to a uniform consistency with water to yield a 4% (solids) consistency pulp stock. To this mixture is added rosin sizing that usually forms about 1% of the solids content of the final pulp stock. This pulp is pumped into a storage chest. It is then pumped through a vibration screen, and a refiner to eliminate fibre bundles or lumps of unpulped paper and then it is dumped into a refined stock chest. The pulp slurry is pumped to the machine on demand from the machine control panel. White water is also added to the stock and is automatically metered with a concentration adjustment system.
1. Turn on auto water feeding switch. Adding 50%-70% water inside drum of hydraulic pulper. Adding weighted waster paper inside the hydraulic pulper.
2. After auto time-controlling. The ready pulp is pumped into vibration screen machine. Which will be diluted by adding water. Impurities will be separated automatically.
3. After processing. The ready pulp will flow into #3 pulp pool. Which will be pumped into pulp milling machine. Where the pulp will be refined again. After separating and diluting, the pulp will be adjusted by automatic pulp concentration unit. The ready pulp will be pumped into #1 or #3 pulp pool.
4. Chemical additives will be added by auto chemical adding unit. It ' s gauging pump.

5. Star molding machine. Turn on automatic exchanging controller. Pump ready pulp from #1 or #2 pulp pool into molding machine. The extra pulp will flow feedback into #3 pulp pool automatically.
6. The water separated by vacuum pump will be feeded into air water separator by high pressure pump. After processing the water will flow into water pool for recycle usage.
7. The molding machine is equipped with a auto cleaning unit which is used in cleaning mould continuously during production. One pressure water pump will be used in feeding clean water for the auto cleaning unit.
Egg Tray Drying & Conveying
8. Egg trays will be put on the feeder of drying tunnel by egg tray transferring unit.
The egg tray drying section consists of a direct-fired natural gas (or oil) re-circulating air dryer with a pass conveyor carrying the wet products through the heated dryer tunnel. An endless chain conveyor system conveys them through in the dryer tunnel while re-circulated hot air is blown from the top through the layers. The dried egg tray are then discharged to an unloading conveyor where they are automatically stacked, counted.
Egg Tray Reshaping and Parking
9. The dry egg tray will be collected and packed by auto counting and packing unit in the receiving part of the drying tunnel. The egg box with cover will be reshaped by reshaping machine before packing.
10. Finished products in warehouse.
After saling egg tray machine, if necessary, We will send one or two engineers to set up and commission the egg tray machine until it runs in normal state. Druing the time your workers who will operate the egg tray machine will be trained.
