During the dehulling process, the buckwheat kernel-shell can be separated automatically at the same time, and meanwhile sort out the brokens from kernels. It adopts dry method dehulling process, no preheating to buckwheat required beforehand. It feature easy operation, high persentage of kernels recovery, high persentage of whole kernels and perfect kernel-shell separation works.
This equipment can complete the process of hulling ,seperating of polished buckwheat and shell,grading of buckwheat ,it is suitable for buckwheat that any grade after cleaning and grading.The seed unhulled can return to the hulling machine automaically and start to hull second time.It adopts dry hulling type.

Technics description:
• Cleaning part adopts vibrating screen, destone machine and many sets of equipment such as magnetic separation machine, ensure that the cleaning effect.
• The buckwheat kernel is easy broken, so after classification by plansifter, the cleaned buckwheat are divided into grade levels buckwheat, first transfer into the temporary storage respectively to store, then different size of buckwheat are transfer into special buckwheat sheller, ensure the overall rate of buckwheat kernels.
• After shelling, the hulled mixture throuh the sifting and suction, separate the combination of buckwheat , the unhulled buckwheat shell are sent to the buckwheat sheller to shell again, (the broken buckwheat kernels during shelling will be collect and milled into flour, this process is not essential, according customers requirements)
