The Soybean Oil Production Line Has Been Loaded

This week, a complete soybean oil production line is set to be shipped abroad.

Based on the site, requirements, and budget provided by the customer (workshop dimensions: 18 meters long, 6 meters wide, 6 meters high; residual oil in cake: 8%), we have continuously revised the drawings and selected the appropriate equipment models.

After five months, we finally reached an agreement with the customer on September 1, 2024.

This oil pressing equipment includes: bucket elevator, combined cleaner and destoner, fan, airlock, bucket elevator, permanent magnetic drum, crusher, bucket elevator, conditioner, hot water tank, chain elevator, flake rolling mill, screw conveyor, chain elevator, steam cooker, hot water tank, chain elevator, oil press, cake screw conveyor, oil residue scraper, chain elevator, scraper conveyor, conveying gallery, oil clarification tank, gear pump, vibrating filter, crude oil tank, gear pump, air compressor, control electric cabinet, installation materials, cables and cable trays, installation and commissioning, and a 0.5T steam boiler.

Including installation materials and installation debugging.
