Pyrolysis plant
 
The raw material for the batch pyrolysis plant can be the waste tyre, rubber, plastic, medical waste and the oil sludge. Because of the different material, the pre-treatment process is also different. As for the waste tyre and rubber, they should be crushed into 1200mm, thus they can be easily processed. Regarding the plastic, the PET can not be the raw material . As regards oil sludge should be preheated to remove the water, thus it can save the cost to some degree.
 
Working Principle of Pyrolysis Plant:
1. Put raw material into reactor by full-automatic feeding machine. Then make sure the door of feeding machine is closed.
2. Reactor will be gently heated by burning the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas, LPG or tire oil generated from last batch). The oil gas will be released when the temperature reached 100℃ (250-280℃ is the top output rate interval).
3. Heavy oil gas separated by manifold is supposed to be liquefied and drop down into the heavy oil tank. The lighter gas will rise up to the oil condensers, be liquefied in to oil and stored in the oil tank. The incondensable gas though desulphurization and dedust by hydroseal will be led to the furnace for recycling.
4. Carbon black will be discharged automatically.
 
Features of Pyrolysis Plant:
1.Compared with the traditional treatment equipment, it needs less energy cost, labor cost , which is economical.
2.The batch pyrolysis plant needs less fuel,and due to the use of the new technology , it can achieve a circular use of the energy.
3.Equipped with the spray cooling system and strong spray dedusting system,it does no harm to the environment.
Application of Finished Product
1.Fuel Oil: It can be sold directly, and it can also be reprocessed into gasoline and diesel, whose price is higher.
2.Carbon Black: It can be used for making bricks, or be processed into the carbon black with higher quality.
3.Steal wire: It can reprocessed into steal bloom by hydraulic press-packing.
4.Combustible Gas:It can heat the reactor.

Safety & Quality control
 
1. With an auto welding machine for the reactor, it can not only greatly improve working efficiency but also guarantee the quality of welding seam, thus avoid explosion caused by gas leak.
2. Professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber are especially for welding.
3. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
4. It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures. In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
5. Material: Q245R or Q345 Boiler Steel Plate, thickness 16mm.
6. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life ofreactor to the max. 

 How Can Our Plant Emission Reach PPM Standard?
1. Waste gas: Transferred through two safety device: water close &burning air nozzle. Fully burnt, not only eliminated pollutant but also minimized the quantity of fuels. For smoke dust discharge, we apply series machines of patent in our company Desulphurization and dust remover which could control the smoke dust discharge amount meet relative standards of GB-2001.
 2. Waste liquid: Produced waste acidic water in the process of oil disposing (50kg process from 1 ton of oil easy to process for small quantity). counteract the liquid by alkalescent liquid solution. After three stage of filtration, the litmusless waste water was introduced to evaporator(use the heat of the flue of main processor as its heating resource)
 3. Waste solid. The solid residua will be left after the catalyst splitting from scrap plastic, approximately composes the waste plastic weight about 5% to 10%. Its main component is the thick black carbon. It can be the raw material of the production industry of black carbon. Also could be mixed with the pulverized coal ash which produces for the raw material thermal power plant, also could be the raw material of manufacture pulverized coal ash brick (one kind of environmental protection building material).
