Material and air cocurrnet movement, wet material and high temperataure hot air go into centeral cyclinder together, under drive of hot air and dryer rotary motion flow to other passage end and retrace, reciprocating through circular passage of inside and outside of the cycliner to dryer discharge port. There are different angle and spacing of lifting blade and guide plate in the drum, this structue can ensure the dried material under the effect of gravity move along spiral motor direction, keep enough stay time and sufficient dispersity in the drum, prompt material and hot air sufficient heat exchange in the drum.
Special design three layers structure, outer barrel surround the inner barrel and middle barrel to form itself insulation system, the surface sporadic heat quantity of inner and middle barrel take part in outer barrel material heat exchange, and outer barrel at low temperature end, so it will reduce the heating raditing area and heatloss. Three layers drum drye makes full use of waste heat, reduce heat loss, increase heat exchange area, greatly increase evaporation capacity, reduce the energy consumption.
