Soybean softening, conditioning, dehydration! The number of layers can be flexibly equipped according to different oil materials or production.
Soybeans need to be heated and tempered to the proper temperature and moisture during the pretreatment process. Soybean conditioning tower is used to slowly heat and condition soybeans so that they can reach a suitable state for subsequent processing.
The basic principle is as follows: soybean enters the conditioning tower through the feed hopper and distribution device, and enters the steam heating area and the air hot air area under the action of gravity. The heating area uses low-pressure water vapor, and the hot air drying area uses preheated air. During the conditioning tower filled with material, the heat is slowly heated to the soybeans to remove moisture from the soybeans. By adjusting the heating temperature and the speed of grain discharge, it can meet the requirement of soybeans to discharge moisture. The vaporized moisture gas is evacuated by a moisture exhaust fan or used as a heat source to heat other processes. According to the technological requirements, the temperature of soybean discharge is adjusted by a cooling fan, which ranges from 45°C to 65°C.

1 Structure and quality requirements of soybean conditioning tower
Soybean conditioning tower is of vertical structure, the upper section of the tower is the feeding section, the middle section is the conditioning section, and the lower section is the discharging section. Bulk material device and material level control device are installed in the feed section box; the discharge section is equipped with a number of discharge roots, and the discharge phase is driven by the motor and reducer through the chain and sprocket.
Manufacturing a high-quality quenching and tempering tower requires mechanical design and mechanical process engineers to cooperate well. A good product design can not only meet the performance of the equipment, but also have good manufacturability, that is, the overall structure of the equipment. Typical parts must guarantee the processing quality at every link in the manufacturing process and achieve high production efficiency.
2 Manufacturing process requirements of soybean conditioning tower
Mechanical manufacturing technologists should be familiar with the product drawings of the tempering tower, and must conduct a comprehensive analysis of the manufacturing process of the tempering tower with relevant technical personnel, production leaders and product quality leaders, classify and line up different parts, and determine the basic process. We emphasize the dual main items of process control, namely the manufacturing process of main parts and components and the manufacturing process of main processes. The management of the double main items must be implemented to the product production department, the process management department, the quality management department to the production workshop team and direct production workers. Technicians should compile mechanical process cards for different structural parts. In particular, key parts and components should compile mechanical process drawings.
