Solvent Extraction Plant
 
Solvent Extraction, as the name suggests is a process to extract the oil from oil bearing materials by means of Solvent, Solvent used being normal Hexane - a petroleum by-product.
Solvent extraction refers to the process of extracting oil from oil bearing materials by means of solvent. Solvent always use a petroleum by-product, usually Hexane. Solvent extraction plant, however, is one of the most important oil plants in the entire oilseed processing.

Solvent Extraction Plant
 
The solvent extraction plant is part of vegetable oil processing plant which is designed to extract oil directly from oil seed containing less than 20% oil like soyabean fter flaking or it extracts oils from prepressed or fully pressed cake of seeds containing more than 20% oil like sunflower, peanuts, cotton seed, palm kernel, canola, copra, castor and variety of other materials.
In order to meet different clients’ requirement on different solvent extraction plants, we established a large scope of solvent extraction equipments with capacity from 300kg to 100MT. The oil grade after refined can reach to Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc.
There’re two refining technologies in oil refinery plant, one is batch, the other is continuous. Normally we adopt batch type when the capacity is less than 20MTPD, otherwise, we adopt semi-continuous or continuous technology.
The latest refining equipment consists of many single units and has the heating system itself which save energy without using boiler. This equipment occupies less area and funds, furthermore, it has more functions and can be used to produce Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Oil etc..It’s an ideal equipment for clients.

1. Pre-treatment Process
Pretreatment Equipments which is used to pretreat the raw material include: shelling and husking equipment, Sieving equipment and roasting machine.
2. Pre-pressing System
Prepressing Equipments include: oil prepressing equipment, Steam and frying machine. This step is to press the raw material into crude oil.
3. Solvent Extracting System ( Extracting Equipment, Desolventizer Toaster )
Solvent extracting is the core process for a complete Edible Oil Extraction Production Line, which uses organic solvent through soaking or spraying contact methods to extract oil from oilseeds. The materials(for pretreatment) are sent to rotary extraction by the scraper conveyor, extracted by the solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved. After this step, you will get meal and mixed oil. After that the meal is sent to the toaster, through which the solvent will separate from the meal. Then the solvent goes to condenser and is recycled to rotary extraction. Consequently, after the solvent is completely evaporated and left with purified oil fats, the crude oil is gained.
4. Oil Refinery Equipment (Oil pump, Oil filter, Decolouration )
However, the crude oil still can not be used for human diet due to various impurities produced by the leaching process. Because some purities are extremely harmful to human being. So it is necessary for further processing which we call it refinery system. This processing system including degumming, neutralization, decolorization and distillation deodorization. After a serious of purify and process our edible oil is made.   
5. Winterization ( Designed for especially cold areas )
Winterization is also a major part due to some clients’ demands especially for those in the cold climate areas.
6. Oil Filling & Packing
Packing is the final process. You can choose different packing methods according to the clients’ encapsulation demands, like jar packing or barrel packing. The packing method should consider the principle that is convenient and cost-saving for transportation.
