Rice Bran Oil Extraction Plant and Rice Bran Oil Refinery Plant
We offering rice bran processing technology. The rice bran is collected from rice mill factory and prepared before going to solvent extraction.It is washed by hexane in extraction workshop. The design varies so that Myande rice bran solvent extraction can achieve optimum efficiency and satisfying performance.
Rice bran is by-product obtained during rice milling operation. This is golden reddish cuticle obtained after removal of the husk and during polishing of the rice. Rice Bran Solvent Extraction Plant contains 16 to 22% oil and this oil is recovered by solvent extraction process. Rice bran being floury material it is essential to palletize the bran before being put to solvent extraction process. The solvent extraction of palletized rice bran is carried out in normal way. The rice bran oil extraction plant mainly includes extraction system, desolventizing and toasting system, Evaporation System and condensation system. The rice bran oil extraction processing flow chart is showed as following:
Oil Extraction System: For extracting oil from expanded rice bran to get miscella, which is mixture of oil and hexane;
Wet Meal Desolventizing System: For removing solvent from wet cake meal, toast as well as dry meal, to get proper finished meal product qualified for animal feed;
Miscella Evaporation System: For evaporating and separating hexane out from miscella under negative pressure;
Oil Stripping System: For thoroughly removing residual solvent to produce standard crude oil for the following Rice bran Oil Refining Plant;
Solvent Condensing System: For recovering and circulating use of hexane;
Paraffin Oil Recovering System: To recover residual hexane gas remained in vent air by means of paraffin oil for reducing solvent consumption;

Rice bran oil is normally refined by physical method to keep the Oryzanol in the refined oil. In chemical process Oryzanol get destroyed by alkali.
